Many of our staff live locally and have roots in the Wharfe Valley. They benefit from free local parking, immediate access to a full range of retail shops and services, and very short and easy commuting times. Some walk to work in a matter of minutes.
We are particularily interested in people who recognise and fit this profile. Those who prefer living and working in the cities and the style of working in the larger city based legal firms may not be in tune with us.
Although our staff turnover is very low, we periodically have opportunities to recruit on various levels, including solicitors and other qualified personnel, secretarial, reception, accounts and support staff. Our policy, which has served well for many years, is to recruit the best individuals who will fit into our style to build up our firm on a long term basis.
