We are also aware that taking action through the Courts is often a substantial worry, particularly to private clients, and we do all we can to minimise those concerns and give full explanations where appropriate so that clients are aware of all the circumstances.

We will also recommend and guide or clients through mediation and other non court means of dispute resolution if that appears appropriate, and we have solicitors specifically trained in the collaberative approach to dispute resolution. We also offer independent mediation services to solve disputes in civil and commercial disputes.

However, if it is necessary to pursue action through the legal process we have considerable experience in doing so and have no hesitation in using all necessary legal channels.

We are able to consider and offer 'no win, no fee' agreements on appropriate cases and will advise on other funding options where we can.
