Originally from Leeds, Nathan attended Roundhay School before going on to obtain a Law Degree from Leeds Beckett University and take the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in York.
Nathan qualified as a Solicitor in 2012, having trained at a well-known firm n Hull, and has also worked at practises in Leeds and Ripon (where he was also a director) prior to joining Newstead & Walker in 2017.
He has over 10 years’ experience in all areas of Residential Conveyancing and Property Law and, having worked in property development prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, has a particular interest in residential development where he now acts for well-respected local developers.
Some notable transactions that Nathan has worked on include acting for housebuilders in respect of the acquisition, site set up and sales of houses and flats on high quality and exclusive development sites in Leeds, Harrogate and the Wharfe Valley.
Nathan appreciates that buying and selling property can be stressful for those involved, particularly when it involves your own home, and prides himself on being able to guide his clients through the process from start to finish in a professional and friendly manner.
Married with 5 children, Nathan lives in nearby Nidderdale, is active in local politics and enjoys watching rugby, football and cricket.
