Our Working Environment
Situated in the heart of the Wharfe Valley, Otley is a traditional market town which serves both local residents and businesses and a wider rural community. Otley is within easy commuting distance of the major West Yorkshire cities of Leeds and Bradford and the large provincial towns of Harrogate, Ilkley and Skipton.
Almost all of our partners and staff live locally or have roots in the Wharfe Valley and are in tune with the needs of our clients. We have a policy of recruiting high quality people who live locally (many of whom have gained valuable working experience elsewhere) and our turnover of staff is low thus ensuring a continuity of local knowledge and client care.
